Decreases brain swelling during hyponatremic encephalopathy. I have a life-threatening brain disease, and this supplement works wonders for me. I often wake up disoriented, confused, and with significant brain pressure, which I recognise as encephalopathy caused by heart disease and sodium deficiency. As my illness has progressed, I can no longer sleep through the night, waking every 3-4 hours for sodium. Upon waking with emergency symptoms, I need to take this on an empty stomach immediately. The symptoms disappear within half an hour. This works better in combination with electrolyte replenishment, and I've also experienced notable weight loss and muscle gain, considering my circumstances. I hope this review helps someone with a similar condition.
